Do you sell your products In-Store?

Currently we do not sell our products In-Stores, but we will update you on events, trade shows, pop-up shops, etc that we plan to participate in throughout the year. Feel most free to email us suggestions of events to participate in!

Can I re-order sold out products?

We manufacture a limited quantity of each style, in each colourway. Once sold out, we will not re-stock duplicates of the same style. However, our best-selling items may be re-stocked in the future to give our customers the opportunity to purchase the coveted styles!

How does pre-ordering work?

When our customers agree to pre-order styles, we will provide a shipping date in which our styles will sent out to you. Pre-orders are counted within the "limited quantity" count, and as such, if the maximum quantity is ordered through "pre-orders", we will not launch the style as being in-stock or available. It will be considered "Sold Out".

Is ordering from your website safe?

Our website is managed on the Bigcommerce platform, and our payment processing system is run by Paypal. Placing an ordering with us is safe and convenient.

I am located in Trinidad and Tobago, and would like to place an order. Do I need to order from the website? Or are there other options?

We have other options for our local customers. Once you reside within Trinidad, or would like to have your order delivered within Trinidad, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or Bank Transfer options for our local customers. Please email us at for "Support Local" pricing of our items. If you reside within Tobago, or would like to have your items delivered to Tobago, we offer Bank Transfer payment options, and utilize TTPost to deliver your items. Why should I sign up for your Newsletter?

Our items are limited edition. Signing up for our newsletter gives you firsthand insight into our latest products, and gives you the opportunity to purchase before other customers. Also, our discounts, deals, and hidden specials will be sent to our newsletter customers. So sign up today drevistas!




Currently we are working to make our brand internationally available to customers. If you do not see your country location in our checkout section, we unfortunately cannot deliver our Drevait experience to you at this time.


Some areas will have a variety of shipping options available to customers. Other areas we can only facilitate specific shipping using specific carriers. We will make every effort to ensure you have a satisfactory experience.


Shipping Carrier


Currently, we ship with Express Mailing Service (EMS)The EMS Cooperative is run by members of the Universal Postal Union (UPU), a specialized agency of the United Nations. The EMS Cooperative aims to promote cooperation between member postal organizations to provide their customers with a high quality global EMS service.


Individual EMS operators in each country manage the postal tracking information and their Customer Service departments can answer general EMS queries or help you locate your EMS item.

What is the cost of Shipping?


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Our studio is based in Trinidad and Tobago. In the Caribbean. International duties, and customs will be incurred to the customer based on the country in which the item is being delivered. Drevait is not responsible for the customs or duties incurred on an international order. Please ensure you understand these fees incurred by your home country.


Drevait shall not be responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen, and registered as delivered. Please ensure you have typed in the correct address when ordering.


The customer accepts full responsibly for any loss or damage to these items.

Returns may be considered valid, once an email has been sent fourteen (14) days following your purchase.

If the item is returned with tags still attached, and in its original packaging, we will do everything we can to refund you fully for your item via paypal. In the circumstance that we are unable to refund you for your purchase, we will give you in-store credit of the full amount you've spent. 

Once a refund has been granted, we will make every effort to refund you at the earliest convenience, based on Paypal policies for refunds.

Changing or Cancelling and Order

If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at We will make every effort to cancel.

‚ÄčHowever, if your order has already been fulfilled (shipped), we unfortunately cannot cancel the order, and will revert to returns options.
